Top to Bottom Home Inspection
Your Home has many components and moving parts. We will perform a non-invasive limited inspection of these parts and provide an easy-to-read report broken down by component with varying levels of importance. We break down each item we find by their condition - safety concern, repair/replace, monitor condition and information. The report will provide recommendations on the issues we find with full color photos in an east to read format.
Top to bottom or bottom to top it’s our job to inspect every possible component of the house. From InterNACHI’s website: “A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property, performed for a fee, which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components defined by these Standards that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector. The scope of work may be modified by the Client and Inspector prior to the inspection process.”
