Roof Inspection

Radon Inspection
Radon is a naturally occurring gas in the Earth’s crust, rocks, and water. Radon Gas is the second leading cause of Lung Cancer behind smoking according to the EPA. Approximately 1 in 15 houses has dangerous levels of Radon that enters through the foundation, crawlspace or openings in the home. The good news is we can test for it and there are many ways to rid your home of Radon to keep you and your family safe. Mold Inspection
It’s impossible to say for certain that something is mold before it is tested by a lab. We can find the affected area, find the source of moisture leading to growth, sample any suspect growth and report back with the lab’s results. We can perform air sample testing, swab testing and Bio-Tape testing. Schedule a limited inspection (limited to certain areas such as laundry room/kitchen) or a complete inspection (whole house multiple sample sites). Why Get an
Inspection?
An inspection is not a service to find every problem with the property, it’s simply a service performed to evaluate the current state of the property. Inspectors will find issues are found, which we call “defects;” but the systems that have no defects are also reported on and included in the report. After completion of the build, have a certified professional inspector perform a final inspection before closing on the home.

Nearing the end of a warranty on a newly constructed home? Would you like an update on your home after living in it for a few years? Have a certified professional inspector perform an 11 Month Warranty or standard home inspection to get a pulse on how the home has changed over time.
Pre-Listing Inspection
Are you selling your house? Get a home inspection prior to listing to take care of any issues that may arise during the sale process. Typically, the buyer gets a home inspection, and everyone is left waiting to see what is on the report. A pre-listing inspection and report makes all parties aware of the state of the home so there are no surprises. It also gives a chance for the seller to get ahead of any major defects that may have been previously unknown.

In order to complete a purchase, some homebuyers waived the home inspection over the last few years. There is nothing stopping a buyer from getting a home inspection now.
